Our appeal to YouTube to stop allowing users to profit from animal suffering

It has come to our attention that not only does YouTube do very little whatsoever to police whether users are uploading content containing brutal animal cruelty, but furthermore, it is possible for the posters to monetise these videos, thus sparking a wave of like-minded animal abusers to do the same.

This has led to a worrying trend in viewer numbers and distressing comments. We have urged YouTube to reconsider the policy on this and how they will enforce it. Read our initial letter HERE.
