We Are A Member-led Organization

The Asia for Animals (AfA) Coalition is led by selected Core Member Organizations (CMOs), who are well-known and well-respected animal advocacy organizations, aiming to improve the welfare of animals in Asia; as well as hundreds of Network Member Organizations (NMOs) in the free AfA Network.

Working Groups and Subgroups

Working Groups (WGs)

As a WG's Member or Associate, you will be involved in more specific issues. Besides regular AfA communications, you also receive specific communications for your WG(s). You are also eligible to participate in relevant subgroups.

Members, but not Associates, are offered the opportunity to help steer WG activities and may join WG-specific “members only” Slack channels. Occasionally, at the discretion of the Lead Coordinators, an unassociated expert may participate in relevant subgroup activities.

We offer Slack as the simplest way to connect and build an online community of people and organizations advocating for animals across Asia.

All Asia for Animals Coalition Network Member Organizations have access to Slack for free, and can participate in any of the public channels. Members of our working groups have access to additional, private channels to discuss topics related to their work.
