Rethinking Approaches for Animal Welfare

Asia for Animals Conference is proud to be the leading animal welfare conference in Asia since 2001. The 2025 theme, Reflection and Breaking Boundaries will focus on learning from past mistakes and refining future strategies to bring about positive change. The Conference aims to facilitate discussions through the sharing of initiatives, case-studies, campaigns, research projects and partnerships, particularly on methods to engage with different stakeholders, industry and governments

Meet co-hosts

The highly anticipated 14th Biennial AfA Conference will be held in the vibrant city of Taipei, Taiwan with AfA Coalition co-hosts EAST (Environment & Animal Society of Taiwan), Taiwan SPCA, and Taiwan Human-Animals Studies Institute.

Conference Program Taster (English/Chinese)

Through engaging panels, breakout sessions, and immersive workshops, participants will explore strategies for overcoming challenges, transforming ideas into strategic priorities, and enhancing campaigns on key animal protection issues.

Guests will be welcomed with the utmost Taiwanese hospitality! Local snacks and drinks will be served along with local performances throughout the event. 

Please note this taster is a tentative program. The full AfA Conference program is not yet available and is subjected to changes.
